Ok. But, why?
The only time I used Open-to, most of the “opportunities that perfectly fit my profile” did not fit the job preferences I set. Location and on-site/hybrid/remote, especially, were systematically ignored. I had a few chats to discuss the issue with the recruiter, and either they did not read them, or they thought they were only “nice to have”. After the fifth time I started replying something like “thank you for reaching out, but I am not interested at this time”.
